One of the administrative tasks of a fashion producer is to make sure all contracts pertaining to the fashion show are delivered, signed and returned well in advance of the show. Examples of these contracts include lease for the location, equipment rental agreements and insurance for the show. All of these contracts must be approved in the weeks leading up to the show. Sophia Models International takes responsibility for making sure all the agreements are honored and all parties get paid according to the stipulations of the contract.
Sophia Models International helps to create the budget for the show. We also lay out a schedule for the show. The schedule for the show sets the timing for each task related to the show’s production. A separate schedule for the day of the show, which lists call times for each production department and the order in which the models walk the runway, must also be compiled.
Sophia Models International will, in addition to lining up models, hire a crew to set up the venue. That includes audio and video technical staff, set construction and general maintenance. We would recruit an emcee for the event. Staff is required to take tickets at the door, usher guests to their seats, and to assist the models as they prepare for the runway.
A rehearsal is an important piece in the overall fashion show planning . Sophia Models International will achieve our client’s goals. We will supervise the rehearsal so that we can make last-minute changes and tweak the line-up, music, lighting and pace of the show. A more elaborate fashion show may require Sophia Models International to have committee on board with the client or charity involved. Photo by Zev.
